Firstly, forging produces parts with superior strength and durability compared to machined parts, as the process aligns the grain structure of the metal, resulting in increased strength. Additionally, forging can produce parts with complex shapes and intricate details that would be difficult or impossible to achieve through machining. Furthermore, forging is a more efficient process in terms of material usage, as it produces less waste compared to machining.
